*Sunday*Sunday*

Sundays are the best :)
This one was pretty busy, but still mellow and nice. My poor husband has been working a *ton* of overtime lately, so it didn't surprise me at all when I spotted him and Katie taking a quick nap while I finished supper! She loves her Daddy so much :)

I also wanted to share a few fun things, like my beautiful new wedding ring! Kevin got it for me for Valentine's Day, I love it :) The one I had was beautiful too though! He just wanted me to have a white gold ring. So I told him he needed a white gold ring too...he objected to that until he saw what his looked like! :) Now he doesn't want to take it off for work. (has to at his job)

And I got my cute new moo cards in the mail from London! :) I love them...they are really intended for mini business cards (which I am debating getting for my photography business that's in the works!) but for this I decided to design some new little scrapbook tags :) They were so much fun! And such a colorful mix :) Makes me happy.

I also went to my favorite local store this weekend with my sweet friend Elizabeth. :) She's getting married soon and is making a custom guest book, it's going to be so cute! And I used some of my V-day gift certificate from my hubby on the new Jenny Bowlin Studio goods, love the new stuff coming in from CHA! :) Gosh, though, my hubby *spoiled* me with my Valentine's Day gifts this year! Who's complaining though? :) Not me. :)

That's about it for fun stuff this weekend, I've been cleaning and reading the new Beverly Lewis book, The Parting. I really love her books, it's always interesting reading about other cultures and she portrays the Amish so vividly in her books. And speaking of cleaning, I'm a little sad because I just had to pack up a tote full of Katie's baby clothes :( She's growing way too fast!

Scrapping the night away :)

I just wanted to share a few new pages I made over the weekend :) I did several more, but haven't taken pictures of them yet. I bought a subscription to the cute *style phyle* collection from Scrap In Style TV, I love it! It's only $9.99 and it's filled with cute vintage and unique scrapbook goodies. (like that houndstooth gaffer tape! yumm-o) I used some of it on all three of these. The bottom two are for my new "happiness is" mini album. Just for fun :)
I'm getting ready for a busy week, trying to be productive around home too. :)

I adore this song :) So cute! He was the best little British sounding American to ever be on American Idol...I'm sad that he's gone. :(

New pages and Happy Love day! :)

I have been scrapbooking a ton lately, and I love it! :) I've been staying up way too late, and scrapping instead of sleeping, cleaning the house or anything important like that...oh well :)
Just wanted to share a few new pages..look at my little Katie's face in the top page! :) She got *so* mad at us when we put her cousin Zoe on her lap last April. She wasn't even supporting her weight, but it sure made her mad! :) I love how opinionated she is.

And in honor of Valentine's Day tomorrow I wanted to post this picture..I looked down at two clothes hangers lying on the floor and saw a heart :) Happy Valentine's Day everyone! My husband should be a happy guy because he can play with his new XBOX 360 Halo Edition, I'm the best wife ever, huh? ha ha, just kidding :)

ETA: I am not a happy girl that the cute little british sounding boy off of American Idol is gone already! :( Josiah, I believe is how his name is spelled. I wanted him to be in the top.

Just wanted to share some random things that have been going on lately :)
I hadn't posted new pictures of Katie in a little while, just snapped these in her room the other night..couldn't avoid some shadows because of the lighting. She's getting *so* big, and close to walking! And she's talking up a storm, I love hearing her little voice saying "what is that?" while she points at everything around her. And her new thing is saying "outs! outs! outs!!" everytime she sees a window (outside) :)

I made this little scrapbook page tonight while I was supposed to be cleaning off my scrap desk :) I love this little gumball machine! So cute :)

And speaking of scrapbooking, it's CHA time! :) I love seeing all of the new releases that are coming out..some favorites of mine this time are pink paisley (those *cute* stamps at the top of my post) and of course my friend Elsie's new releases rock! I seriously don't think she will ever come out with a line that I wouldn't happily use. :)
Heidi Swapp has some really, really cute stuff this time too, and so does Hambly...I could go on and on and on :)

So that's just a few things on my mind...trying really hard to get more organized around here. I am feeling a big urge to get rid of clutter and make some changes in my house. Maybe that means Spring is around the corner? :)

Reading this...

I just finished reading Nicholas Sparks latest, The Choice. As always, I loved it! :) He is my favorite author, I adore his books. Especially A Walk to Remember and The Notebook.

If you are a fan of his you should read James Patterson's book Suzanne's Diary For Nicholas, that just might be my favorite book of all time. :)
Have any of you read any good books lately? I'm a big fan of touching books full of love and sadness, for some reason. :)

Sadness

Please pray for the families that have been touched by the horrible storms and the tornado that touched down in Gassville yesterday..just one town over from us. Fortunately everyone I know is safe, but lots have damages and it will be a long time for everything to go back to "normal".
I just drove through there a little bit ago and it looks horrible :(
